Returns
We want you to love your Crew kits. If you're not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return within 6 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused condition and include all parts and packaging. We ensure our durable resources find a happy home, even if it's back with us.
Return Shipping Costs
If you return an item because you have changed your mind or no longer want the product, you will be responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping costs, which will be the same as your original order.
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, Clever Crew will cover the reasonable return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds
